What we receive

When you fill in the inquiry form, we receive your name, company, country, email, phone number, delivery address (if you give one), the ingredients you picked and your message.

The ingredients you pick in the catalogue are stored in your own browser (localStorage) so they survive a page reload. This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.

What we use it for

We use these details to answer your request, prepare a quotation, and send samples or orders. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How your details travel

If you choose WhatsApp, your message goes through WhatsApp, a Meta service. If you choose email, the form sends your details to our server, which forwards them to our inbox.

The map at the bottom of the page loads from Google only after you click its button.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your request, any resulting transaction, and the paperwork that comes with it.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Send the request to [email protected].
